Are all your product handmade?

Yes, all our products are handmade. We are proud of the technique we have build up over 5 decades, and we will continue to craft all our products by Thai hands.

Are all of your products food safe?

All products which will be in direct contact with consumable goods are tested and lab certified by SGS for food safety compliance. Please contact us for the lab test certification.

Are your product dish washer safe?

Yes our product are dishwasher safe for both Solid Bronze and Polished Stainless Steel. However to retain the shine, we strongly recommend to wipe them dry after washing. By removing the water residue, there will be no hard water stains and it will keep the bronze from tarnishing unevenly.

For the Stainless Steel with the black handle, we do not recommend dishwasher as they can remove the black finishing overtime. The black finishing is created not from chemical but from the hardening process of the Stainless Steel (heating over 1100°C / 1900°F), essentially the black pigment are natural carbon residue. The Stainless Steel itself will not rust, however it is possible to see rust powder from the carbon residue if they are not wipe dry after washing.

How do I take care of the bronze flatware?

Our bronze flatware are made of Solid Bronze. This mean that they will last a lifetime.

As you continue to use your bronze flatware they will naturally tarnish and age with you giving them a truly unique colour that no one else has. However if you would like to get them back to their original state or perfect shine, you can either do the following.

Do it your self

Metal Polish Cream

You can use metal polish cream such as Brasso or Wenol on the surface. Apply pressure and wipe in circular motions until the tarnished area is polished and shiny. Wash thoroughly to remove all chemical agent.

Organic Method - Baking Soda, Lemon, Salt and Vinegar

Rinse your bronze items in warm water, and dry thoroughly. This will safely remove any dust and/or particles that may hamper your polishing efforts.
Place about 2 tablespoons of baking soda in a small dish.
Drizzle a small amount of lemon juice onto the baking soda and mix until a soft paste forms (start out with just a little lemon juice and add more as needed). It is normal for the mixture to bubble at first, and will settle down after a moment or two.
Apply the paste to your bronze item using your hands (with the rubber gloves) or with a small polishing cloth.
With a polishing cloth, rub the paste onto the item using small circular motions. This is the key removal step and you may have to rub repeatedly until the desired effect is reached.
Allow the paste to stay on the item for 20 to 30 minutes.
Rinse the item thoroughly with warm water to remove the paste and buff dry with a clean towel.
Repeat steps 2 through 7, until you get the perfect shine.

Professionally polished

All are product are engraved with our logo, we will know exactly which one we have crafted. Kindly contact us and we will have them professionally polished like brand new for you. For single piece, the fee for polishing is $1 USD per piece. For sets of 144 pieces or over 100 pieces, the polishing fee is fixed at $90 USD. Transportation fee excluded.

Is the shipping world wide included in the price?

Yes, we have included all packaging, shipping, and insurance into our price. All our products will be ship within the next working days. Our sales representation will be contacting you in person and provide you with the tracking code to track your parcel.

Is the shipping insured and can they be tracked?

Yes, all items bought from our website will be shipped registered and insured. Buyer will be receiving the tracking code and the tracking website within the following working days.

How long does it take for my product to arrive?

This depend on the distance from Thailand to your address. Usually within 45 to 60 days.
